Default Fermentation Bubbles

Yesterday my fermentation process was putting out light fluffy bubbles on top of the beer. maybe about four inches deep. Now today those have gone to kind of ivory colored malty bubbles that are very thick and look slimy.

Whats up with the new bubbles? I'll get pics soon. (Same beer as my recipe help thread)

Its just the process of fermentation, and it looks different from brew to brew.

I'm not worried about it, just wondering about the science behind it for it to change it's viscosity so rapidly.

It's pretty though.
