Default Explanation for AG brewing for a beginner...

I've done a couple extract brews now and I'll probably do a few more before I'm ready for AG brewing but I'd like to get a reasonable grasp on the process in my head before I start AG brewing. Most of the books and articles I've found seem to jump right into the technical side of things right away which is a little beyond me at this point. Does any one know of a good source for a simple (or simple as can be) explanation for basic AG brewing? Thanks!
