So, after a second Kwik-Clear treatment, the tannin taste is greatly reduced. I'm planning on racking to bottles this Thursday. I guess we'll see in a month how it actually is!
Hey Yossarian - I'm having some tannin issues in a spruce beer. (It tastes like lemon juice!) I read through this thread . . . just wondering -- how did it turn out, now, ten months later?
