I have a 2006 version of the book. Am I missing something, or are there lots of errors in the book? Right now I'm looking at Pg. 193 & 194, dealing with Typical Malt Yields. Figures referred on Page 194 are not listed on Page 193. I also assume that rather than "caramel 15" and "caramel 75" he actually meant crystal 15 and crystal 75..?? It's all very confusing since the numbers don't seem to add up.
