Default Dunkel fermenting
I was just curious as to how long the AVERAGE Dunkel takes to ferment
I have been fermenting now for 10 days, just wondering if i can cool and bottle it

It's going to take the same as most other beers. 10-14 days and it's safe to move it to secondary.
