Default Dry malt extract vs Liquid Malt extract?
I don't know that I have found a great answer yet. Is there a difference in quality between the two? I did find that for 1# DME I could sub in 1.2# LME. Is it that straight forward of a conversion?

Thoughts or point me to the thread that explains it? I haven't found it yet.
