Drinkin' my beer - need help

OK, my beer has bees described as plasticie?.

To me it tastes malt forward with the only notes of hops being the initial bitterness

to me, its very rich and creamy but does have a plastic note at the end

My biggest problem is the metallic after taste that I've been chasing

This beer doesn't have that but it tastes like sucking on a preform

+ how long has it been in the bottle/keg....

Just a long shot, because we don't know your method yet, but I'm betting on "green".

Or Chlorinated water for that Band-Aid flavor...MMMMM...or any number of other things...Since we still don't know your process.

Glad to see someone else is in the same boat. People think I'm crazy when I talk about going home and having a beer at 7 in the morning.

Yep I know the feeling

They look at my like I'm an alcoholic when I buy beer at 7:30 am

I actually enjoy the dumb looks I get buying beer a 6AM on the way home from work. Everyone else is in line for the coffee and I'm all alone in the beer fridge. Life on graveyard is great.
