Default do this look infected?

bubbler stopped on day 2, temp dropped from 73 to 67, and there is this weird crap floating on the top(the brown crap in the beer).

it's hard to tell from that picture. the clumps are just yeast, but some of the smaller dots could be the beginning of an infection. if you see signs of a skin, that points toward infection.

Yeah the picture is a little blurry so it's really hard to tell.

The dots look and taste(I have no idea what made me do it I just did) like the larger clumps, the taste was extremely bitter.

Doesn't look like one to me, but see how it changes over time. Also, 73 degrees is a bit high.

I've noticed that if i'm over 70 degrees a lot more yeast and junk is floating. I bet you're right that is all it is. I wonder if OP could put it somewhere cool for a while.

Extremely bitter could just be yeast bite or krausen that hasn't completely settled from the recently active fermentation.

Hop oil, yeast rafts, trub and other debris. Your beer looks like beer.
