Default Different sized kegs (1 regulator, etc)

I have a 5 gal Corny, and a 7.5 gal older pony keg (similar to pictured).
Can I run both these in my keezer all off the same gas/regulator, splitting up with a manifold as usual. Will the pressure regulate the same?

Thanks!

Pressure is pressure. It will all equalize.
