So many different words, terminologies etc. Racking? OG? HLT? Is there a book, so I know what you are talking about?
Racking - transfer of beer or wort.
OG - original gravity - specific gravity of wort before pitching
HLT - hot liquor (liquid) tank - vessel that hold the hot water used for the mash and sparge.
