Is it ok to have dark seximent in conditioned bottles? or am I sitting on some nasty beer and bottle bombs?

The Sediment has nothing to do with bottle bombs, The Dark Color is fine Dont worry.

if you meant "sediment" then it depends on the beer, the yeast sediment in darker beers (stout, porter...) will be dark as well. it is not a problem, my opinion is that the yeast sediment at the bottle of bottle conditioned beers is one of the best parts it seems to concentrate the flavor.

As it sits longer, the sediment will become more compact and the beer will (most likely) become clearer.
