Default Curious if my brew is still okay.

My brew is now in the secondary process. In a glass carboy, sealed with a rubber stopper and airlock.

Some strange reason, probably my own doing, my pet dog is addicted to beer. Anyway he bumped the rubber stopper and air lock off. Not sure how long the carboy was open for... probably around 24 hours. I don't notice anything wierd floating around in the brew.

Your beer is fine but did you check to see if any of the straws in your house are missing?

How long is your dog's tongue and how much headspace do you have in the carboy?

He probably got a big snoot full of CO2 when he was trying to steal your beer.

He has a long tongue... head space 2-3 inches... I hope it's okay... I don't want to have to throw it out. There's a small amount of wierd floaties forming at the top.
