Default Creme de cacao in a milk stout?

Can I add Creme de cacao at bottling? Would it be okay to soak cacao nibs in? Wondering if there's enough booze in it to kill nasties.

I'd be inclined to add something like that at the time you pour the stout into the glass and see how it does before you risk boogering up an entire batch.
