Default Columbus & Centennial Hops

What is the profile of these hops? Mostly, how citrusy; is there a big grapefruit taste/aroma?

Not exactly what you're looking for, but check out the hop chart over at BYO. This proved immensely helpful on my last brew as I had to substitute a few hop varietals due to their being out of stock at the LHBS.

To me, Centennial has a citrusy grapefruit aroma and flavor with a little more spice and pungency than Cascade.

Beers that are late/dry hopped with Columbus always remind me of hop's less legal plant-relative, if you get my drift. Very pungent and dank.
