Default Chocolate Cherry Stout

A couple days ago, I racked my stout into the secondary on top of 3lbs. of purreed Cherries...the cherries were frozen fresh that I pureed.

Should I use Pectin Enzyme to help clear it out?

No. It won't matter with a stout.

+1... it should be dark enough that you wont be able to tell if its clear or hazy.
