Woot! I'm boiling away. Nothing really more to add, and no questions... just thought I'd share the birth of a new batch of beer. It's a lovely day.

Probably my most complemented beer from others to date. Actually got me a girlfriend, too bad the American Amber Ale I was drinking this spring could not keep her.

Well... my first hydrometer lasted all of two brew days. Slippery little bugger when it's wet. I guess it's an excuse to go to the local homebrew store, eh?
