Default Caramel & Crystal Malt...Difference???

Hey I was wondering, austin homebrew only sells crystal malt but my recipce calls for caramel, are they the same?

  • Primary: [2 mr beer lil keg things] Apfelwein. One with sucrose and molasses, the other with fructose and honey.
