Default Carabou slobber

First brew targeted for this weekend. Looking for some temp and gravity levels to strive for. Kit doesn't come with any. I want to take as many measurements as I can, so I will be able to remake if desired. thanks for the help

Per this thread about the CYBI episode on Moose Drool (which is the inspiration for Caribou Slobber) mash temp is 154F with a target OG of 1.052. Ferm temp is 67F ramping up to 70F.

I've new brewed that twice, and will do so again, but the beer fairies empty the bottles in the middle of the night.
