I tried the used scotch yeast in an apple cider and it came out great.
I have an old doppleweiss yeast thats been in an airtight carboy though for a month,
Do you think that yeast can still be used? It has some doppleweiss left in that id need to remove, just a bit.
Otherwise I do have one extra pack of muntons yeast. But id like to use the doppplewiess if possible.
