I have an IPA in the fermenter (has been for a week) and I think its still fermenting a little, can I dry hop it, or should I wait for the fermentation to complete fully?

I'm pretty sure you can dry-hop as long as it's not fermenting heavily still. Most recipes that I've seen say to ferment for 7-10 days and then transfer to secondary and dry-hop.
