Falstaff? When I was a kid I loved Falstaff. I would love to duplicate it. I have no idea what style it is considered or anything other that I loved that great BEER taste. Does anyone with the book know if a Falstaff clone is in there? I'm guessing Schlitz would be the next closest I know of but even Schlitz isn't Falstaff. I must have a Falstaff recipe in my arsenal.
