Default bug got in beer!

OMG a fly got in home brew i fished him out with a sanitized bottle cap but shooed i just dump it?

Dude... do you have any idea how many bugs, parts of bugs, mashed bits of bugs, and other gooey nasties get in the food you eat every year?

Don't dump it. The bug is a very small portion of the total. I doubt you have anything to worry about.

what stage in the process?

I've dumped yeast starters that fruit flies got into but i wouldn't worry about one bug post fermentation

Seriously? With all of the FDA-approved bugs and bug parts you eat every year, you are going to stress over one fly (that you fished out)?
