Default Bubbles or something bad?

Hello all,

I started my first batch a little over a week ago and last night I transferred to my glass carboy. I woke up this morning and these bubbles were sitting on the top. Are they just normal bubbles or should I worried?[IMG][/IMG]

Looks fine to me. Probably just a little co2 releasing itself.

That's what my carboy looks like. If you look at it really close (which is hard to do because the glass distorts the view) it looks just like CO2 bubbles sitting on top of soda.

We call them yeast rafts, they are colonies of yeast buoyed up to the surface, from the trub by rising co2. Perfectly normal, and they typical first batch new brewer fear post we get on here.

We see about 6 of these pictures a day on here.

All is well!
