right before i started racking my beer into my bottling bucket i saw a couple yeast move around and on little bubble on the air lock but just before i decided that it was done i had watched it for 10 min and saw nothing
am i screwed
It was almost certainly co2 coming out of solution, not fermentation. Always trust the hydrometer reading, though, to be sure.
If farmers make wine and engineers make beer, what the hell am I doing here?
Actually, CO2 coming out of solution through the airlock is the first sign of the Apocalypse.
You have doomed us all.
That's certianly not an indication of a problem.
