Default Bubbles @ 6 hours...YAY!

My airlock started bubbling last night and was really going to town this morning. I know its not a real sign of anything really but it sure made me feel good!

No problem for me. I work offshore 7 days on/ 7 days off so it will be at least two weeks before I can really even start to get impatient. Turning an old frezer into a fermenting chamber today and forgetting about it for awhile.
