OK, made my Christmas Time Ale about 2 weeks ago, and it has been in the secondary for about 4 days. On the top of the beer, there are small groupings of bubbles. I just wanted to make sure that this was normal.. thanks
Actually, what's 'normal' is for people to freak out and think that those are spots of mold starting.

My Holiday Ale has been in the secondary for 3-4 days also; same bubbles. Nothing to worry about, just as I've heard before!
Yep. I even slammed the lid back down on the fermenter thinking that I had interupted the process and that all was lost. But, then I found this forum and Papazian. All was right with the world.
