brewing today! do I decant the liquid off my chilled starter while cold?

I chilled my starter overnight and was just wondering if I should decant the liquid off the top now, while its still cold, or wait till its warm before i pitch?

Any help is appreciated

It's a bit easier when cold, but it doesn't matter.
