Default Brewferm secondary..

Hi it states in the instructions of the kit that initial fermentation takes 10 days then can be bottled but should really be moved to another sealed container for 2-4 weeks...Does this container need an airlock fitted or can i just put the lid on and store at 20 degrees..cheers..

Yes, it will allow any of the unwanted gases to still escape. And by 20 degrees, I hope you mean Celsius! Which is 68F.
