Default Brewers Best Red Ale

the red ale was a big hit at the keezer's grand opening so we decided to make another batch. first go round it blew the air-lock and now this second batch is just bubbling away.

no question - just happy that it all seems to be going along just fine. only our 8 batch so i'm still just amazed when everything goes like it should.

this batch is going to be rushed just a bit, got my fingers crossed.

I have this beer conditioning in bottles right now. It was my first brew so I am excited to see how it turns out. I will try my first one this saturday at the 2 week point to see how its doing.

im not sure about this, but i think fermentation is less vigorous at lower temperatures, so less blow out
