Just finished my second batch as well. It's Brewers Best Belgian Tripel. While I was sitting in on a class at my LHBS, a couple guys came in and gave us a sample of theirs. It was awesome. They added 1/2 oz coriander for the last five minutes. I did the same and changed the yeast to Safbrew T58. OG was 1.085. Hoping this will be really nice.
