Default Braggot Recipe Q???
I am going to make a 1 gallon braggot tomorrow for national HBD, and I wanted some feedback on the expected recipe.. I am going with the following::
1# Honey
12oz DME
0.30oz MtHood@60
SafAle-05 Yeast

Any Suggetions?? Feedback truly welcome!!!

I assume the rest of the volume is made up with apple juice.

Looks OK. Really depends on what you expect from it.
