I bottled my extract brewed IPA and its well carbonated, but the head retention sucked. (thats a softball). One of the bottles filled almost completely full because my bottle wand spring got clogged, and it ended up having tons of foam, too much really. What was the big difference? I wish the other bottles would have been somewhere in between.
Bottle too full, but great H retention?
