Default Bottle Conditioning

Aloha from Paradise O`ahu,
Just picked up my second apt size fridge for bottle conditioning. In the first picture you can see them side by side w/the Johnston's controllers mounted on the wall. They are outside on a deck facing east so the only get a few hrs of morning sun.

The second picture show's what's inside. On the left are 38 bottles of a Red Irish Ale. On the right is an assortment of other brews that are ready to drink if I'd chill them down.

I have a 3rd fridge on the deck for keeping the ready bottles chilled to drinking temp.

SAM'S Club sells these for $127, probably closer to 100 on the mainland. Good buy, they are off most of the time, well insulated.

Nice set up. Im jealous, not about the beer but the fact that you live in Hawaii.
