Default Bottle bomb possibility?

I was just racking to my bottling bucket after a 3 week primary, and saw these little guys:

I'm assuming they're yeasts having a good ol' time. The thing is, my SG has been at 1.009 forever. Are they fermenting something? Am I worried?

The hydrometer sample doesn't have anything noticeably off.

That's odd! Maybe you some how got some air pushed under the yeast cake during the whole siphoning and it was just escaping right then? I really have no idea, just trying to be positive.

It's public, and Tony could see it. May have still been processing when you tried to view?

Looks fine. The FG was 1.009 for a few days, you will be fine. Relax ..........
