I just made a AHS Oatmeal stout, mmmmmm! Wife demanded I make more beer this weekend! The recipes called for 1 oz Nugget for bittering. I was sitting in the backyard where I brew and gathered about a 1/2 oz of hop right from the bine. These guys are nugget too. I have homegrown Tettenanger and Hallertau which are in freezer. I put fresh just picked nugget in at 15 minutes as a flavor hops, I hate to see them go to waste. I have no clue what to expect. I picked all the bugs off I hope if not they went in there too.
