The cool thing about youtube is that you can really get down a rabbit hole of videos based on the tag related videos as you watch.

All I would say is, do more if you can find the time. If you are able to simplify other topics, the way you did enzymes in relation polysacharides(derp, not even you can help my spelling), then you could help a lot of fledgling brewers.
I don't have a background working with all these different fittings and mechanical devices. To actually see things assembled and used makes a big difference for me.
That goes for everyone. A cellphone vid series of a keezer, keggle, ect build would do wonders for me. Granted, I haven't seen the whole interwebs, and these things are probably out there. The more the better.
