back 10 yrs ago when i used to brew 5 gal batch, it was all malt extract or extract with specialty grain. over the holidays, i decided to brew all grain 1 gal batch of imperial stout. however, that seems like too much of trouble. so i decided on belgian blone.
everything went ok. i brought out my wort chiller and all.
it's fermenting nicely.
however, the brew is very cloudy. it's not clear. i remember, altho it's been awhile, that brew didn't look so cloudy with malt extract. is it normal for all grain to look so cloudy? do i have to wait for them to settle down in secondary fermentor?
