Default Behold...

...my very first homebrew!! This is a Pale Ale (True Brew kit) that was bottled with 5 oz. priming sugar for 4.1 gallons so I cooled one and opened after 10 days in the bottle to check the carbonation.

The carbonation was perfect and the taste, well it about knocked my socks off how good this is tasting after only 10 days in the bottle. It is almost identical to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. It was clear in the bottle, but seems to be some chill haze (was left in primary 25 days and no irish moss or anything used in boil). I just couldn't wait anymore. The rest I will let age for another 2 weeks or so.

Thanks to everyone on this forum who has helped me nurture my first batch of beer as well as what I see as a possible addiction.

Nice job! Nothing tastes better than a successful brew of your own.
