Should i worry or could this just be yeast that was kicked up when i moved the fermenter upstairs?

Going with that limited info, you either sloshed it on the way upstairs or (depending on how far along you are) your yeast is starting to kick into high gear in which case you should see a lot of activity.

If it's after fermentation then you sloshed it. Wait a day or so and it will settle. Try not to move it so much if you plan to bottle/keg from your primary.

If it's actively fermenting then let it do it's thing. Keep it out of direct sun light and in an area where temperature remains fairly constant. That might be back downstairs in a closet depending on a number of things...

The bottom line though, you won't know for sure the clarity of your final product until you pour yourself a glass of it.
