Default beer genealogy?

I was wondering if anyone had a chart of somesort where I could determine you know what falls under each category. Not so much a time line, but what I'm looking for is what types fall under what. Ex. Beer---> Ale & Lager
Ale---> Red --> Irish Red etc. etc.

I'm not sure if there is any such chart out there that is what I am looking for, but I know it would be helpful for me in learning all the derivatives of certain types of brew

Thanks

Patton

The other main reference is: Brewers' Association style guide

The main differences: BJCP is designed for competitions, BA represents commercial offerings and is structured by country of origin.

If I remember correctly, there is a decent set up on different styles of beer on the Sam Adams website...at work I have a great tree that splits up different styles in terms or origin and related styles (i.e. Munich Dunkel and Schwarzbier). If you want me to, I can scan it and e-mail it to you. let me know if you want me to do that!
