Has anyone an idea what FG should be for that beer? (OG was 1.040 with 1kg Dextrose)
I need to calculate when to do diacetyl rest.

Should get down to 1010 at least and I wouldn't worry about a diacetyl rest unless you were actually fermenting at lager fermentation temps.
How do you BBQ an elephant....first you get your elephant....
Yeah, it's fermenting around 50F so I guess it will need D-rest?
