Default Attempting Extract version of EdWort's Haus Pale...

...but I did have a question on it!

The extract version of the recipe is pretty straight forward. However, when it comes time for me to bottle, how much sugar should I use to prime?

I like to use either 4 or 5 ounces of corn sugar (by weight, I use a little kitchen scale) for most of my APAs and IPAs. That assumes 5 gallons of finished beer. If you end up with a little less beer, then you could use a bit less. A good rule of thumb is 1 ounce of corn sugar per gallon of beer for most of my beers.
