Hi I 've been making lager beer for a fue years now ,just the store both kits.

Malt ,yeast , corn sugar ,and fermant for a week , bottle ,drink in 3 weeks.
verry symple.

Happy with results.
But my wife likes an apple taste to the beer.

Can I add apples to the fermenter and how much to get a fair taste of apple
in the beer .

Without Changing the alcohol content.

Or is there any thing else to ad or change.
