Default Anybody got a time machine?

Saturday is 7 days in the bottle for my first batch...

I'm freaking dying waiting to taste it for the first time!

Got any special plans? My buddy and I made a night of opening our first beer.

Nothing special for the 7-day opening.. but the 14 day should be special... spending it with my folks and sister, so they are excited to give it a try - good or bad.

My dad used to brew back in the 80s, but with 2 kids in high school and college we (my sister and i are pretty close in age) kind of put a hold on that. So he's really excited to try this brew. Might get him back into it!

Sounds good then.... I can't wait to bring a couple bottles back to my father in a coupel weeks. He owns a packasge store (wine mostly, but he has one of CT's largest craft brew sections) and I like bringing bottles into the store. SOme of his employees and distributors try them, and are very good for feedback.
