Default Any ideas?

So I am brewing a double IPA that is currently dry hopping in the secondary. Been in there for about a week and a half. I have seen a few of these white blotches for a while but it seems to have more now. I would think the high ABV should kill most invaders. Opened the top and still smells good. Any thoughts?

It looks like its just off-gassing,sometimes you get a spit like substance or sections of frothy bubbles, unless it forms a skin dont worry about it its normal.
