My first brew is fermenting nicely. It has a nice layer of krauzen at the top. My question is when it gets closer to finishing up fermenting, will the krauzen go away or will it remain at the top. Mostly just curious, please let me know.
It will drop and fall back into the beer. Please do not rush this beer finishes when it is finished. Give it a nice two weeks in the primary and you should be golden.
