Default Another Newbie question....

If a kit (brewer's best in this case) gives directions for a partial boil, what do I need to change to boil all 5 gallons?

You can do it as written, but consider reducing the bittering hops by 25% or so. If you post the recipe, one of us will be happy to check it for you if you don't have any brewing software.

I'll post my recipe if someone wouldn't mind running through their software. I'd like to do a full boil if possible. Thanks in advance! Recipe (AHS ESB):
1 lb Crystal 60L
1/2 lb 2-row
7 lb Extra Pale LME
1/2 lb malto-dextrin
1 oz Nugget (bittering)
1 oz Golding (aroma)
White Labs 002 (English Ale)

We'd need to know the AAUs of the hops, and the IBUs that are projected for the recipe.
