Default Another Brain Buster...

As I said im ordering stuff off of AHS and I really don't want to buy 3 lbs of honey when I only need one. Can I buy just any old honey from the grocery store?

In general, yes. I think clover honey works best, but any type of non-flavored honey should be fine.

try organic food stores, they tend to have a wider selection of unprocessed/raw honey which is what you really want.

Default I've wondered if the "quality"

of honey makes a difference? There are a number of high quality, "boutique" honey's out there....
