Default AHS kit like New Glarus?

Are any of the AHS kits any where close to NG Spotted Cow? Since I cannot get any NG here in NC I figure why not try to mimic it. I think for my second I may try a blue moon clone and one similar to NGSC. Are there any other AHS kits I should try that you have really enjoyed?

Thanks!

I'd send Forrest (member name: AustinHomebrew) a PM and ask him for suggestions. Or maybe he'll see this now that I've bumped it...

Brewmeister Jeff was working on a Spotted Cow clone, but he hasn't said much lately about it. You could always try searching for spotted cow, and look at any posts from him- that might help you.

I sort of came up with a Fat Squirrel clone, and Bernie Brewer has brewed it a couple of times, I think. I'm sure it's still posted here on HBT.
