Default AHS budget brews

Anyone brew the AHS budget brews?

Thought they would be good for practice and to tweek.

Plan on splitting into two batches. One the plain stout the other with maybe coffee.

Thoughts?

I have made a whole lot of AHS brews and they are all good! Hard to go wrong with those guys IMO.
